I got this fantastic opportunity to attend Staneley's DISC program which gave a new direction and view towards leadership. I would have never been able to achieve what I am able to from my team as a leader. This program gave me the right tips on how to manage team smartly, get most productivity from the associates and also lead them in right direction. I would encourage each one who are looking to be a good manager and or leader to attend this course. This course would not only help you professionally but also to deal with anyone you meet and associate socially. Had an opportunity to attend amazing DISC Workshop conducted by Staneley Victor. I discovered few patterns about myself by attempting the assessment. I am amazed by the report generated, it matches my personality.
