3. Online Workshops, Webinars, and Certificates

3.1 Registration & Access

To participate in online workshops or webinars, you must register using valid and accurate information.

3.2 Payments

All fees for online workshops or webinars must be paid in full prior to the event date.
Once payment is made, confirmation details will be sent via email.
Staneley Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative options or refunds will be offered where applicable.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Participant cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Within 7 days of the event: No refund.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or technical issues on the participant’s side.

3.4 Certificates

Certificates of participation or completion will be issued to attendees who meet the attendance and participation requirements outlined for each program.
Certificates are non-transferable and may not be altered or reproduced without written consent.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw or withhold certificates if misconduct, plagiarism, or misrepresentation is identified.

3.5 Use of Recordings

Staneley Consulting may record online sessions for quality, training, or promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to such recordings, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of workshop or webinar content is strictly prohibited.
